TabTrade Broker Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker
Tab Trade - What It Is
TabTrade.com opened in Q1 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.
His background is relevant. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. But preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.
TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities prime brokers run on. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys did the opposite. Interesting choice.
Market coverage: forex, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.
What You Trade On
Available: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from a single account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.
MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you know a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better DOM. Faster charting. cBot support. Plenty of traders prefer it once they try it.
FIX API is offered for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is reportedly in the works. That will round things out once it is live.
What You Pay
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. No minimum deposit. Suits people who want simple pricing.
Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade has no minimum.
VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not relevant to typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is the area where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. The average platform operate at hundreds of milliseconds.
Does this affect you? For short-term trading, yes. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. The point is the infrastructure is there. That signals what kind of broker this is.
Put together those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get holds up. Few brokers in this bracket offer execution like this.
The FSRA Question
This is the thing that matters. TabTrade is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not bother with Equinix connectivity. This does not make it safe. It does inform your decision.
What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that works is your call.
Deposit Bonus
TabTrade offers a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard deposit match. You put money in, the broker credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before funding.
